Acceptance
By playing Grid Rush: Color Match on the website or in the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Nature of the service
Grid Rush is a free puzzle game for entertainment. It does not involve betting, cash draws or cash prizes. Coins, items, lives and leaderboard positions are virtual, have no value outside the game and cannot be sold, traded or redeemed.
Nickname and conduct
Your leaderboard nickname is public. Do not use names that are offensive or discriminatory, that impersonate another person or that contain personal data. Such nicknames may be changed or removed without notice.
Fair leaderboard
Records are verified by the server. Attempts to tamper with games, automate moves or exploit bugs lead to the removal of the records and, if necessary, of the player from the leaderboard. If you find a bug, let us know at the contact e-mail.
Purchases
Real-money purchases are only available in the app downloaded from Google Play and are processed by Google Play itself, which also handles payment, receipts and refunds under its own rules. Every purchase is confirmed with Google Play before the item is delivered. Consumable items, such as coins, are not refunded once used.
Ads
The website and the app may show Google ads. Personalized ads depend on your consent, which you can change in Cookie preferences.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the game online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may adjust rules, levels, prices in virtual coins and features to keep the game balanced. Rule changes that affect the leaderboard apply from the new version onward.
Intellectual property
The game, images, music, texts and the Grid Rush: Color Match brand belong to SPARTAN TI - TECHNOLOGY AND SOLUTIONS. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute the game or its files.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app or on the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent.
