• the game version, shown at the bottom of the loading screen;
• the level or mode where it happened;
• a screenshot, if you can.

Account, records and data deletion

To recover your progress, use the transfer code in Settings. To delete your account and data, use Settings → Delete my account in the app or the account deletion page. Requests by e-mail are handled within 15 days.

Partnerships and press

Content creators, schools and the press can request images, information and challenge codes at the same e-mail address.
